Definitely a possibility that nothing happens until after the holds are lifted, but I am still in the camp that says a smart company that sees the value of leronlimab has the partnership in place now, SIGNED, and has conditional language as to the holds. You don't wait for the value of a thing to go up if you can get it cheaper earlier and mitigate your risk contractually.
