If anyone at QMC had any involvement in the development of the IP that's the subject of the patent, they have to be named as an inventor. Not doing so is a misrepresentation in the inventor's oath and grounds to invalidate a patent. It's one of the first places an attorney will look to when trying to invalidate a patent.
