As some have figured out, the plan for Univec has always been changing. Final stages may not be as they seem, as if there is an obstacle or opportunity, the plan will always change. Can things fall apart if a final plan is not implemented and we keep searching for the next best thing, the next best opportunity? Shareholders will never know the truth.
