possible reasons for late filing or no filing
- no money to pay the audit firm to prepare the documents. They may even have done the work but holding it hostage til payment received. I think that's standard practice in the biz - up front pay before releasing anything.
- audit firm not wishing to attest and put their reputation to the figures as provided by company
- data never submitted to the auditors.
Not asserting any of those three things are true and i hope they are not.
They have always pulled it out of the fire and kept current with the filings even though late. I'll guess they will one more time. I think the next one after this overdue combined Annual' and First Quarter report is due in two weeks for Apr, May, Jun.
I have not yet been able to track the other Thompson Family enterprise - the gold dredge "Sister Shelle". If they are at sea the tracking site should show me the location, speed, direction of movement and past track as it does now for the "Miss Ginger" - a boat that has appeared on Bearing Sea Gold.
This is live link to the area just off Nome, Alaska showing several boats in the harbor and a few offshore including " Miss Ginger" with is currently at anchor.

You may scroll to zoom and pan around via cursor. If you spot the "Sister Shelle" you might post the info here. The search window at upper right is easy to use to find any ship and that name "Sister Shelle" is unique in the marine world where there are many dupe names.
