Lawyers are not allowed to directly solicit clients on an individual basis, so someone at CYDY likely made the 1st phone call -- perhaps through the good offices of a shareholder. Given CYDY's financial condition, I was astonished that SA agreed to the representation. and am grateful that the representation continues. Being personally familiar with client vetting practices at a large, national law firm, I can tell you that such new client decisions are not made haphazardly if substantial billing hours are anticipated.
