Ozempic like all semaglutides have failed in NASH. Weight loss based drugs have not worked. They do not address the underlying chronic inflammation. In some cases they may worsen it.

With the potential heavy side effects of Ozempic I wouldn't be surprised if it's use was heavily limited or it was pulled from the market. A potential for cancer, pancreatitis, retinopathy, hypoglycemia, acute kidney disease, acute gall bladder disease and heavy stomach dysfunction.
