Re: Evil Rabbit #136240
You know, trying to keep it positive, yes, I'll make the guess that we'll hear little or nothing for your number--3 months. The same management that said they'll be more communicative stated quite a while ago that they were all hands on deck (AHOD) working to get the clinical hold lifted. They haven't even submitted it yet.
I suppose they can walk and chew gum simultaneously, but while AHOD for the hold lift,
-They've lined up a new bright and shiny AI object.
-They have funds for the Amarex fight. Funds for anything else? When will the spoils of Amarex victory be paid? Will the spoils go into escrow during an appeal?
-They said they'll be silent while they get that new Prospectus finished. That's for fund-raising, isn't it? Sign the NDA and they'll be more communicative, for sure.
-They're searching for their new "seasoned" CEO (will he/she demand dilution or 'decreasing the share count' before joining?)
I'm not talking anyone out of taking a new position or adding to their pile, including at .23 or .24. I'm just in the nothing burger CC camp. Preclinical NASH study and silence about cancer concerned me. Don't most or all companies say, gosh, our trial is progressing, or hey, we're looking forward to topline data, etc? Are there examples of: Oh, that trial we didn't really discuss showed great results, and here they are. Read 'em and weep?
I'm OK with waiting 3 months. If we hear something/anything in 2.8 months, I'll happily agree that my 3 month guess was way off.
