I think the answer lies in Cytodyn being gun-shy about using anything concerning FDA communications in any way that might be deemed promotional.
Apparently, Cytodyn did not have to, and decided it was best not to upset the FDA.
The letter is dated April 2023, but it may not have been posted to FDA website until later. Then after that, someone discovered it and brought it to our board.
Nothing to worry about imo.
