The FDA close-out letter is huge news. In the past we’ve seen the stock price get torpedoed right before big news came out — I wonder if this is yet another instance?
I would think that a letter like this from the FDA is a material event that requires a press release. Even if such a PR is not required, I hope the company puts one out.
