Doc has to be very careful what he says concerning Univec and his private companies. At the current time, Univec is still just a fully reporting, "legal" shell company, there has been no mergers as of 4 days ago. Remember the SEC 4 day disclosure rule about a material event. Doc is not going to open himself up to a huge lawsuit by hiding a merger and then finally merging the companies into Univec. That SEC rule is to protect investors. Also Doc can't say the things we want to hear because his PRIVATE companies are not part of Univec until they are merged. It is that simple folks, doc is not going to get side ways with the SEC. It is not easy to "read between the lines" in his messages, going back and reading the last 75,000 postings, paying close attention to this year and look at the big picture, that will help. But you have to realize you won't hear what you want until the mergers are complete.
