If this deal with Amazon is really going down as I now believe it is very likely, we will need to be SEC regsitered because you can't be a pink sheet ticker trading at .01 and announce such a deal. It just makes sense. The question is when did Doc apply and how long is the wait? Will it happen before Q2 is due? Just after? I say we find out soooooon.
