YES!!! My point exactly!!!!...- just not as spot on or conveyed as well, IMHO.
If the guys & gals with the legal expertise are comfortable & the guys & gals putting up the big money continue to do so, one would have to be a dufus to opt out. Do you think we are playing games with the SEC all over our arses & credibility above & beyond past train-wrecks at stake? Absolutely not!
IMHO, were there a doubt about the trajectory of this debacle, one of the very best law-firms in the world would have advised against any communications.
