Sorry for the misunderstanding, but that was my point - SA must feel like they have a good case, since winning is their best chance of getting paid (maybe their only chance) so IMHO, they feel very strongly that they can win! If not, they would not Hangout for a losers share of bankruptcy (or a winners share of bankruptcy).IMHO, that they are still here is a very, very positive sign. IMHO, CYDY is about to get paid!
