Craig, your reference previously re documentation on Amarex insurance likely relates to general liability and was a paltry sum. Think about it…if you are a CRO and you want a hint of business survival beyond that paltry sum you need a serious policy even if re-insurance. I would not dream of setting up a CRO with the attendant risks without it…you open yourself up to serious risk of being taken out as a business with one event. I can not comment on their insurance profile, just respecting negligence is a different kind of risk exposure for which a million dollar coverage is not going to cut it. I am pretty confident Sidley has done their research and they have more x-ray vision here than I have…their confidence and that of Cytodyn speaks volumes about the prospects ahead.
