What happened? I thought they had to give KT Tape an exclusive in the USA. Now they (BIEL) are able to sell the ACTIPATCH again on their own? Wonder if they were able to break the exclusive agreement with KT due to lack of sales. That would make sense, as you cannot be tied down with a company if they they are not producing sales. Seems like Bioelctronics was doing better selling product prior to the KT deal.

Maybe there was no 'exclusive' with KT, but Bioelectronics thought it business etiquette to not compete with KT and thus terminated their marketing in the USA. But again, with lack of KT sales, that strategy had to change.
