That's a really convenient thing for people who see conspiracy in everything to say.
The FDA has FAR more important things to do than sit around figuring out how to screw with a baby biotech that cannot get its shit together for over 5 years. Thus far, CYDY has shown that it is really good at stepping on its own neck without any outside help.
