My rules to Trading OTC
1. check Share Structure
2. Buy when it's Quiet
3. Sell into the News
$BRSE has maintained the same share structure since the 2017 RS
it has run multiple times since , while maintaining the exact same SS
the current PPS is low because it has been silent since the last failed Business attempt .
During this quiet period I have been loading , and a Christopher Petzel has been working , and enlarging his network , most notably is his connection with the $AREN team
I'm staking my reputation in the investment community , that $BRSE will run past .40+ again , and that conservative in my honest opinion.
