When the decision is finalized on Amarex...the pending funds as a whole can be used as collateral to use on the ready...essentially an advance.
There is no way in hell... that SA took this case... without knowing how full the pockets were...that announcement of $100 Million plus...was not a deniable number...or else it would not have been announced in the first place...You are forgetting who we have as COB...the Queen of compliance...therefore NO false move...No three fingers...just the facts Ma'am...just the facts.
