I’m Interested to learn about arbitration proceedings on Monday’s update call
“Claim Filed in Former CRO Litigation for Damages Exceeding $100M”
CTYODYN…“announced that it has filed a supplemental Statement of Claim and formally requested a hearing date in its litigation proceeding against Amarex Clinical Research LLC.”
My expectations are tempered for the call, but I can’t imagine current management announcing this unless we are entering the endgame. In the Spring, some reliable posters and some of my own sources felt confident that $40-50 million would be awarded to Cytodyn by summer. Yet now, management has announced they will be seeking greater than $100 million.
That’s a confident way to enter the end game. And it’s Sumner. I’m looking forward to learning some more about specifics.
