Okay, you didn't mention BLA in the post I replied to. They may not have screwed us on the HIV approval but that's not to say they haven't screwed us at all and what appears to be unfairly. As far as screwing us on approvals other than HIV, see my follow up post regarding the COVID EUA. I think they screwed us on that approval.
