Got a PM on my take of the current situation
Look up the cost of revenue vs net profit on the Direct Sales
It just never panned out like Verb hoped or any company in Direct Sales
The tip off was an interview I posts a year ago or so from a CEO that said...
Direct Sales companies are cheap skates. Most are old school. You know, belly to belly.
I seen this with Callidus that SAP bought for $2.4B or $36 a share. Did they buy them for the Direct Sales software, the customers or their other software. Don't know. Buying customers is a thing.
So the entire tech market turned to shit. What do you do? Pray for rain? If you only invested in Verb, you might not realize how far down tech stocks were.
Tech market bouncing back for the big guys. I cycled out of tech but cycled back in this year. Small companies there is always a lag. Should VERB have held onto the Direct Sales until the rebound? Would there be any appetite for another raise to bridge? I think not so throw the tea into the sea.
The exponential grow was never with Direct Sales. Remember the company Penny? The blow a lot of dough advertising against VERB. Are they still in business?
It can be with Live Sales. Remember, it's still early and plenty of room for many companies. Each that can see exponential grow.
Some of the bigger ones like WhatNot will soon run out of money. Maybe go belly up as they blow a lot of marketing.
There will always be the Amazon's and Walmarts. Got to have the ecom piece like them and Verb or it doesn't work. That is what Mombook, Instagram and TikTok are missing.
I think Verb will do nicely. They cut expense and it doesn't take much to operate a Live Sales company. Just ask TSL.
But if you want to blow it up. Bring on the celeb, marketing, or whatever.
I haven't looked that the Market Cap is lately. You tell me, but I expect it's far lower than what it would be to recreate this Live Shopping experience. I see stocks on iHub with no revenue, no product, no employees with a PnD market cap of $20M
hey, did anyone notice the new rules on HUB.
I forgot. Did I mention they were on the verge of going out of business if they didn't change. Wonder why they changed.
It will be interesting watching the zoo. I haven't looked at the VERB board there in over a year.
I assume no_balls is there doing the righteous shtick. Does he have 10+ fake IDs there? Does he play is ST games and cut and paste posts? if you seen him, the dude as no control and is a heart attack waiting to happen and it's overdue.
Wonder why he doesn't save the others on the 10K OTC stocks.
Maybe I will, in an easier way.
