My predictions for the conference call are pretty modest:
1a) The FDA requested more information and CYDY has provided it and is waiting on a response from the FDA.
1b) The FDA is not looking to approve for the MDR population, rather they are looking for the go forward path for LL in HIV. In other words, if we (FDA) release the hold, what are you guys trying to accomplish in HIV? And my guess is that they wanted a full protocol to be submitted.
2) Cyrus is back. His health condition means that he cannot burn the candle at both ends. So, they are looking for a new CEO but I have not found one yet. It is possible they are evaluating the latest strategic advisor as a possible CEO candidate.
3) NASH -- I am hopeful that they have finalized the protocol. But my guess is that they have not submitted it yet to the FDA, as they are waiting for the hold to be lifted. Just to make sure there is no taint on the submission.
4) partnerships -- I'm not expecting any announcement or material progress on that front. I think it has been all hands on deck for the hold and the Nash protocol.
5) arbitration - I'm guessing there's no additional news post PR.
6) I would like to hear the results of the MD Anderson trial, but I'm not sure that will make it into the scope of the call.
I would love to hear some game changing news, but this is my best guess at this point.
