Narrow price band trading happens all the time with stocks, especially on the OTC and particularly after a long decline to a point where most investors have given up and sold or just become apathetic. The market makers can and will keep this going until CYDY gives investors more reasons to buy or sell.

I'd be pleasantly blown away if a pharma company was buying shares anticipating a buy out or partnering.
