One theory is that Fife is the one controlling enough price action to keep the SP low. he does this so when Cytodyn needs to make a payment with stock on the loans, he gets way more shares if the SP is low. my guess is that when the money he is owed is close to being paid fully in shares, the downward pressure on the stock stops.
