A lawsuit against whom and for what? I cannot think there is any accuracy to the FDA supporting anything, because if they were going to be called as a witness for something, that would come later. I don't think CYDY would decide to bring suit and lawyers would agree just because the FDA allegedly supported it. Lawyers sue based on facts (or alleged facts), not based on who might support the allegations.
