But until then you could start with showing proof of anyone defending company's track record..
Pointing out reality of events is not defending just keeping the record accurate.

Rhode Island landlord was paid in full. We did not owe any money! We negotiated with the landlord to allow us to terminate our 20-year lease since the state made it illegal to process high heat manufacturing. We were able to negotiate and eliminate having to be obligated

The company is not the project lead in Australia and Mexico

Our Australian partners' agreements are still in place, and we still continue to pursue our operations as well as our friends in Mexico. Any dealings we have with third parties are issued and negotiated signed contracts.
Even the company is not defending its track record and is trying to go in a new direction.

StreetSmart Outdoor mutually negotiated with RIPTA , "Rhode Island Transportstion Authority," to end our relationship since it was not cost-effective for us. The contract required snow removal , structure repairs, and cleanup and utility expenses for each shelter
