While I agree a fair BO price is unrealistic right now, it’s absurd than any BO price would be based on current share price and not the potential value of the drug itself.
The former would incentivize potential buyers to do *precisely* what the conspiracy theorists believe is ongoing.
Why pay $20 billion for a drug valued, say, at $10 pps with 900m shares if you could bash and short it down to .26?
