Question is, what is the face amount of Amarex's Insurance and if we can learn that, then, that is the top dollar we can get. So if $100million is the face amount, then that's all we can get. But if $500 millioni is the face amount, then $100 million is a no brainer for Amarex to settle on. Even $250 million is payable.
Maybe SA thinks Amarex will want to settle quickly and offer only $100 million? But why would SA take that when much more might be available?
Hopefully, we can learn what that face amount is.
