Very good question you posed, but the problem is that since CYDY management has gone completely radio silent on any material information regarding the hold, we're all just left to speculate and no one's guess is any more possible than anyone else's.

We can all say how angry we'll be if the CC doesn't provide the slightest bit of clarity, but unless that anger leads to selling, it's all just a wasted emotion. We'll know when we know, so I'm just going to sit tight and ride it out. CYDY is my "ride or die" stock.
