The SEC has been ruled against and XRP is not a security. Could it be then, that when Blocksafe Technologies considered an STO that in fact no STO was needed at all? Maybe the BSAFE token was not a security and all that was needed was $100, a wish, and trading to start on a swap exchange. One can only wonder.
