03/20/2013 -- BARISTAS COFFEE CO (PINK:BCCI) announced that they have filed all the required support documentation which includes UFOC Disclosure Documents, Operations Manual, Franchise Agreements and Financials for the purpose of becoming registered to establish franchises in Washington.

Baristas Coffee Co plans to file in different states which require proper documentation to be able to sell franchises in that territory, now that they have completed the documentation for Washington. The company is launching a mighty expansion through their Franchising division.
