First Form 15 company I've seen yet since the new rules that has been approved for name/ticker change through FINRA.
Why this matters?
There has been many rumors out there that shell stocks cannot change name or ticker if they were delinquent before Form 15 filing.
And here it begins.
This changes it all right here in a new game.
