I’m not an attorney, but I think all CROs need insurance, and $100M is what their insurance is probably covering.
This is basically a way of saying because of how bad they intentionally hurt us, we are seeking more than their insurance output.
Based on guess insurance output ($100M), we know that treble damages are 3x that amount.
We can easily retrieve $300M as a starting point (in my non-attorney opinion).
