I HOPE you're right that NSF could cover the amount, but to pierce the corporate veil could take longer than CYDY has to survive financially.
I have ZERO knowledge of Amarex's financial situation.
There may be insurance policies in place, I have no idea.
Too many question marks to comment intelligently at this point about Amarex's ability to pay $100mm.
