It's awesome that CYDY is asking for a final hearing date. That being said, it could be weeks or months until that date, and then once the hearing is held, it's in the hands of the arbitrator and could be a day, week, month, 6 months until their decision...no date can be given. Frustrating, but it's all steps in the right direction!
Good thing is, this is BINDING arbitration and Amarex cannot appeal the decision. Also of note is that NSF is not part of the arbitration as many thought they were.
