You need to give me a minute on the technique. I’m thinking actually SFRX put that in one of their applications at Melbourne. I need to look back through their reports.

And if they did include the technique in the report, then why didn’t they employ it instead of violating the permit?

I guess if someone is willing to break the law and disturb a Spanish vessel without permission, AFTER BEING WARNED REPEATEDLY, why wouldn’t they lie about a technique or a device or why someone posts on their specific stock message boards?
