I would normally expect us to vote on increasing the authorized share count as we do every year, however as many of you will recall, under NP we had monthly PRs announcing shares sold through pipes, etc. It's been very quiet since CA trimmed the head count and reduced expenses. Assuming we'll need to increase it again for the next 12 months, I'm wondering if the request will be considerably less than the 350m additional shares that we authorized around this time last year.
