Callidus had a large Direct Sales SaaS business going on along with other things.
I think the Direct Sales held them back from getting more
Why?
1.) It's unpredictable
2.) Not viewed equally in the market as other software.
So VERB may heaveho Direct Sales
Current market cap undervalue even just the software
Don't need a client request or a contract
Let's find out how fast this train moves now with less cars and baggage
Let's take out the choppers first
