As long as the major exchanges are trading above the 200ma, I wouldnt be taking alot of put options either. Its to soon for that. But be careful because I can see a trap on both sides as the bond traders are positioning for a series of volatility spikes. Citadel taking heavy short positions on US treasuries...The Fed cant move on interest rates now. Bond traders have all the power if they decide to use it!
