NOT proven itself not to be very well versed with salvage law, nor have their shareholders and affiliates.
Of course not being well versed with salvage law isn’t illegal, but disturbing a Spanish vessel without permission is as has been explained to SFRX on numerous occasions by folks at the Bureau.
Their much touted yet unproven research actually led in part to them being shut down.
