Ah yes, conspiracy theory (a great film with Mel Gibson).
I sure as hell hope the FDA has better things to do than to spend its time trying to thwart a tiny company with the track record that CYDY has thus far. I'm actually pretty sure they do.
I cannot recall if it is from Sun Tzu's The Art of War or the 48 Laws of Power, but there is some quote about not needing to hasten the death of your enemy if they're already doing it on their own. Until those damn holds are lifted, CYDY is treading water at best.
It is my understanding that the FDA has 30 days to respond when CYDY hands in something in connection with the holds, which leads me to believe that the ball is in CYDY's court, but that is just a guess at best given the complete radio silence.
