UNVC: 7,990,282 Took them long enough to put the shares back in restricted, should be a amended filing also,(can't wait to see how it's explained) Dalton has been issuing shares in almost every filing in small to medium blocks without any explanation why, what for and who got them.
Should be a correction on the 1.1 billion he gifted his self with also.
There is also the matter of the extra 119 million that got added to the float on 05/30/2023.
It's all being looked into.
On 09/12/2022 restricted shares went down 7,990,282 the unrestricted share count went up by 7,990,282
