This was a Johnson edict. Unconstitutional for 4 decades. This Was mostly a Meritocracy leading to Racial EQUALITY! IMHO! Equity finds the Lowest Denominator dragging the achievers down. EQUALITY is like a rising tide it Lifts everything great or small. These are my thoughts. Some may disagree. You are Entitled to have your own opinions. That’s the wonderful thing about this country.
