i didn't sell at 7-10 in the crazy COVID run-up. as they say "once burned, twice learned". i try not to think about the amount of money i could have taken off the table.
this time, i will take shares off the table on the way up - and then there would be some number where i am fully out (or maybe keep a small call option amount).
Maybe that's $10.
Of course a BO would make all of that moot. Cyrus is clearly open to that as an option. I remember him referencing NP's plan to grow the company all the way to becoming a BP organically, saying "he clearly didn't understand what he was doing". Does he have a number in mind? I would love to know.
Like you say - i hope to be on this board at some point debating "ok, now it's at $5 - should we peel some off here"?
