Justices Sotomayor, Kagen, and Jackson basically said that some people are not as intelligent as others so the more intelligent must be held back so the less intelligent can have a better chance at ending equal with the more intelligent people. Much like hamstringing the best runners so the slower runners have a chance of winning a race. If I were a minority, I would be insulted.
