fascinating speed with the new DD coming in.
since none of us will ever see the GEP/SPP 2 yr exclusive distributor agreement, she didn't want to waste any time and took a deep dive into:
- parties to the agreement
- possible conflicting U.S. exclusivity terms of the agreement
