If they haven't submitted a trial protocol in 3 months that would be very disappointing. The claim has been that this is an all hands on task to get the hold lifted. If "all hands" can't submit a protocol in 3 months then there needs to be some sort of explanation as to what they've been doing. For all his flaws, NP was getting trial protocols submitted and approved left and right so if this staff can't then I'll be a little concerned.
