I can assure you, EXPL keeping the lights on doesn’t mean waiting on a permit or making stupid ass YouTube videos of the crew on a dinghy.
It should be fun watching SFRX blow holes if/when the permit is issued.
Of course bureaucrats can tie things up for years, so it could be a while.
It might be a good idea to trash a former bureaucrat on a public forum. No way he would have friends in the Ajax office, right?
