What pray tell does it prove about the NSF question when you quote a document/agreement that predates the NSF acquisition of Amarex?

If you wish to prove your point, suggest you quote the pages that relative to liabilities in the acquisition contract between those parties.
You can't get it most likely, but the arbitrator & SA can & will. Quote that correctly & I will give your credit for at least getting to the correct source document.
