We sure have not heard ANYTHING about the status of the Feds' case against Nader and Kazempour. I wonder if CYDY would have to PR that, or if they can ignore it. In a way it's not material to CYDY any more since the case is against them personally, and CYDY is not on the hook for Nader's legal expenses.
